Three quarters of the city is surrounded by mountains, and it is one of the best preserved medieval cities in Europe. Rasnov Peasant Citadel - the best preserved peasant fortification in Transylvania and the largest one in Eastern Europe, first documented in 13 century (12 km from Poiana Brasov).

Sighisoara Medieval Citadel - founded by Saxons during the 12th century, Sighisoara still stands as one of Europe’s most beautiful and inhabited fortified cities with UNESCO European heritage site status. Sighisoara Medieval Citadel is also the place where Vlad the Impaler, known as Dracula, was born. Submerge yourself in the medieval atmosphere of the citadel and visit the famous Clock Tower together with the Medieval Weapon collection and Torture Room (130 km from Poiana Brasov).

Bran Castle - the medieval fortress was originally built by the Knights of the Teutonic Order in the year 1212. Also known as Dracula’s Castle, Bran Castle is the place where Vlad the Impaler or Dracula, was arrested and imprisoned (20 km away from Poiana Brasov).

Peles Castle - one the most beautiful and unique royal residences in Europe, it was given to Queen Mary as a gift from the people in the early 20th century. (50 km away from Poiana Brasov)

Take advantage of our special kindergarten offer - professional trained, English speaking personnel with more than 10 years of experience will provide your children with a fun, educational programme! Located in Brasov, the kindergarten is highly regarded and has a clientele from Ireland, Italy, Egypt, and France. Children’s daily programme is designed by specialists in the field. Special attention is provided for 1 year old children. The daily menu is conceived to respond to all the dietary requests children’s have, and it is cooked by kindergarten’s own Master Chef!
Programme: 08:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday.
Age range: from 1 to 7 year old children.
